We're sorry things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: we accept returns within fourteen (14) days of purchase (the date listed on your receipt).
Just follow few easy steps and we’ll process the return as quickly as possible once received.. with a big smile knowing that you are being given the best customer service possible.
Here’s what you need to do:
1) As soon as you’ve received your order open it, give it a check over and try it on.
2) You may realize that the fit, length, coloration is not suitable .. it’s OK. In this case, send an email to us at email@example.com stating that you wish to return the purchased item(s). Please mention your Order ID and reason of return in this email.
3) After receiving your email, pick up of the product will be arranged.
4) After pick up, product will be sent back to us and we will contact you upon receipt of the same.
5) Please make sure that returned item(s) has not been worn and is in its original packaging with all the tags still attached.
6) Your return will be processed within 5 working days after we receive the product back.
