Which countries do you ship to?

  • We ship to almost all over the world. If you can not find your shipping country during checkout please email us at:  india@islamicdesignhouse.com  

How much do you charge for shipping?

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on weight during checkout. You will be able to see the shipping charge before you make the payment. 
How long does delivery take?
  • Delivery may take between 3 - 7 working days
How long does it take for your products to come back in stock?
  • Unfortunately we do not re-stock our previous collections. However sometime due to popular choice we may re-stock some of our products. Please look on our website regularly to stay updated. 
Can I reserve an item?
  • Yes. Please send an email to india@islamicdesignhouse.com stating the item code and preferred size that you would like to reserve. Please also mention your contact name, number and delivery address.
Do you do custom sizing?
  • No
How do I work out what size I am?
  • It's easy to work out your size. We have created a size chart that is easy to read and follow. Click Here  to view our size chart. If you are still having problems with sizing you can send an email to india@islamicdesignhouse.com stating 'sizing issue' as your subject header.
How much does it cost to return a product to you?

  • We do not charge for return service (for customers in India only). For more details Click Here .For inquiries regarding International orders, please email to india@islamicdesignhouse.com

How long does it take to process returns?
  • It can take up to 5 working days to process returns once we have received them.
Can I address my order to my friends/family and keep my address for billing?
  • Yes.
What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept VISA/ MASTER Credit and Debit cards.
  • You may also choose “Cash On Delivery” as payment option (for deliveries within India only) 
How long does it take for my money to be returned to my account once you have processed my refund?
  • This usually takes 24 hours but can take between 3 - 5 working days for larger amounts.
Will I receive confirmation once my order has been dispatched?
  • Yes.
I accidentally ordered the wrong item, what should I do now?
